Improve the overall appearance of the Dormont central business district.
Objectives:
- Create a facade improvement plan (borough design standards)
- Suggest appropriate ordinances to the borough council
- Establish and implement a holiday decorations plan
- Ensure visual continuity for all roadways through the business district
- Develop a landscape/planting plan
- Define intersection and district boundaries via signage
