Goal:
Establish a self-sustaining organization of volunteers and paid employees to ensure that lines of internal communication are maintained and to develop fiscal soundness in accordance with the Main Street principles.
Objectives:
- Develop and manage fundraising events
- Establish various levels of membership
- Conduct membership drives
- Facilitate new business openings providing borough requirements (The Business Welcome Wagon)
- Research and apply for grants
- Move the program into office space (year 2)
- Hire the full-time Main Street Manager (year 2)
